Fitness Saturday at 9 am at railroad park, it's got to be early so the guys going with Allen can still attend, it'll only last 35-40 minutes! hope to see everyone out there

Season starts in a little over a week, so as a team we need to get as much fitness in as we can if you are not doing it on your own.

I believe we must include yoga too coupled with other fitness regimes as it really helps. I do normal workout and practice yoga after watching yoga video online. This has immensely benefitted me and I see lot of changes in me.

I want to maintain my health and so I am taking a big glass of Green drink every morning. Do you think how can I improve my health in best way? I can’t spent my money in gym so please advise me some cheap and effective ways.
